Booking and Service Policies
At Yummy’s Kitchen, we pride ourselves on delivering elevated culinary experiences with professionalism and care. To ensure a seamless process for all clients, please review our policies below.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event as outlined in your invoice. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Event Inquiries & Rush Orders
All event inquiries must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event date. Requests made within this timeframe may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.
Event Logistics
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, and any required setup accommodations discussed prior to the event. Delays outside of our control may impact service time.
Equipment & Property
Clients assume responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment, décor, or rentals provided by Yummy’s Kitchen during the event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted in advance. Cancellations made after final payment will not be eligible for a refund.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
All allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed in the intake form. While every precaution is taken, Yummy’s Kitchen cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and is not responsible for undisclosed allergies.
Service Time & Overtime
Events exceeding the agreed service duration may incur an additional overtime fee.
