Mariam Niangado, known as Chef Yumz or Chef Yummy, is the visionary behind Yummy’s Kitchen, a luxury catering brand where refined flavor meets intentional design.
Born and raised in Harlem and deeply rooted in her West African heritage from Mali, Mariam’s approach to food is grounded in culture, hospitality, and excellence. From the moment she could reach the stovetop, the kitchen became her creative space, a place where instinct, curiosity, and passion came together to form her craft.
Yummy’s Kitchen was built on the belief that great food is only the beginning.
